The hotel rooms, although not big, had a newly upgraded bathroom and were small yet clean and comfortable, despite a damp and dirty smell. The service was very helpful and kind, especially with ensuring we ended up in the right room. The location was ideal for my layover at JFK, offering a good night's rest and a convenient shuttle service. The dining experience was just okay, with chaos due to the volume of people but starting early at 5am. The facilities were satisfactory overall.

The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive, even accommodating a unique breakfast request.
